Across 7+ years spanning three Fortune 500 companies and five industries, Malcolm has driven measurable impact at the intersection of product strategy and technical execution. At Goldman Sachs, he managed the Servicing Product Roadmap for a platform serving 6M+ customers and coordinated delivery of 850+ customer communications during the GreenSky divestiture. At Accenture, he played a pivotal role in the Agile delivery of 30+ features for Accenture.com's global relaunch, launched digital channels for Wendy's Canada, and directed change management for one of the largest HCM transformations in U.S. history, reaching 90K+ employees across 34 government agencies. At Autodesk, he is driving the Connected Admin Agent from conception to customer beta, building MCP server infrastructure for autonomous admin workflows across nearly 8 million subscribers.
